US Virgin Islands, Anchorage Beach ResortPurchasing an all-inclusive package is the easiest way to plan a trip to the US Virgin Islands. These all inclusive resorts in the US Virgin Islands are a great choice for your next vacation if you want to have a great time on a gorgeous island of the Caribbean.

There is the Wyndham with its four stars and a half and the Bolongo Bay Resort with its four stars.

While the Bolongo Resort is privately owned and located on a 1,000 feet private white sand beach, the Wyndham belongs to the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts company.

The Wyndham company owns as many as 6,500 hotels and resolts all over the world. The Wyndham is the only resort on the island of St. Thomas that offers all-inclusive packages and the resort is able to draw a large number of tourists thanks to the packages they offer. Be wary of resorts that present themselves as an all-inclusive facility but will actually charge you for additional things.

The Wyndham and its 31 acre is an excellent option if you want an all-inclusive package. The resort has 294 guest rooms with individual balconies and you can choose a view on the ocean, the bay or the resort. The size of the rooms definitely makes the Wyndham a luxury resort. You can choose a standard guest room with 475 square feet or a one bedroom suite with 800 square feet. The one bedroom suite has a living room, a nice bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. You will also have plenty of activities made available to you during your stay. This could be the opportunity to discover miniature golf, basketball, sailing, sunfish sailing, kayaking, snorkeling and tennis. You will also be able to rent movies for free, work out at one of the fitness centers or swim in one of the three pools. There is even a Day Spa where you can get a green coffee wrap or another relaxing treatment at an additional cost.

The Bolongo Bay resort is smaller and more intimate. This resort started offering all-inclusive packages in 1989 and has been very successful with these formulas. The resorts includes a wonderful private beach and you will definitely see some amazing sunsets and sunrises on the Bolongo Bay. The resort offers food a la carte, including steaks, lobster and fresh seafood every night. The a la carte menu gives you the possibility to try some exotic dishes or stick to the classics. You will find 65 oceanfront guest rooms with balconies and amazing views on the ocean. If you need a larger room, you can stay at one of the ocean front studios or two bedroom condos owned by the resort.

Activities offered at the Bolongo Bay Resort include wave runners, parasailing, catamarans, kayaking, sunfish sailing, windsurfing, sucba diving, snorkeling as well as aqua tricycles. You can swim in the two swimming pools of the resort and have a drink at one of the swim up bars. There are also two tennis courts and an exercise and fitness facility. The Iggies Beach Bar and Grill will provide you with some entertainment on a nightly basis and you will be delighted by the show put on during Carnival Night, hosted every Wednesday from January to August where you can see acts such as a steel band, glass walking, fire eating or mocko jumbi.
